





Until Now is a cultural strategy agency founded by Lizzie Azzolino. She partners with visionary leaders to design workplaces for the modern world — where process, values and culture are carefully crafted to allow people to be their best selves at work and do the best work of their lives. When working with Until Now, I noticed that the main difference was conversation. The services they provide all start with having an open dialogue, leading to planning together and creating a story to define a future path. In building their brand identity, I used this as the backbone of the design elements. Creating pill-shaped dashes and eclipses (from the counters of the O and dot of the i) that would extend, lengthen and provoke more dialogue. These simple geometric shapes overlap, lead, and float along the page in soft, subtle colors. The shapes are versatile enough when creating patterns that they can be used to visualize the meaning of a phrase without needing photography, pattern = process, over
